High contrast TV for seniors
eVolve can protect your sight
The degraded image produces changes in perception that reduce the ability to distinguish details and greatly influence our ability to focus, resulting in a seemingly blurred image. The degradations create a sort of veil that stands between you and the original image. The more degraded the image, the more impenetrable this veil seems to be. Our eyes react to artificially blurred TV images by repeatedly triggering the focusing and accommodation reflex, hoping to put the image in focus - which of course is not possible. This continuous eye-straining, therefore, increases the risk of deteriorating your sight.
